# Kalbermillen

The Kalborn mill has been owned by the Fondation Hëllef fir d'Natur of natur&ëmwelt since 1997.

Since 2005, the buildings have been gradually renovated with the help of European projects (LIFE, Leader) and national partners (Oeuvre National de Secours Grand-Duchesse Charlotte, MDDI).

The following structures are now located in the renovated buildings at the Kalborn Mill:

-Water Experience Centre (WEZ)  
-Mussel breeding centre for freshwater mussels  
-Natura 2000 exhibition

The mill, which is over 200 years old, has thus found a new purpose in the field of nature conservation over the course of time.
